French Romantic
Inspired by our love of Mediterranean gardens which transport us back to memories of quaint French market towns and sipping a cool drink under the plant covered pergola on a sun baked terrace but acknowledging our weather isn’t sometimes as good. The French Romantic garden style is a mixture of formal lines with relaxed edges, gravel planting beds. The materials are shades of whites and cream with painted woods and metals to create a relaxed and laid back atmosphere. This needs a sunny garden situation for these sun loving plants to thrive, however a good mix of plants that work well in our uk climate are included to ensure you get the Mediterranean atmosphere even when we don’t get it’s sunshine.
